By pressing submit I agree to be bound by The Racing Rules of Sailing 2017-2020 and by all other rules that govern the event and I affirm that I have in effect valid third-party liability insurance for my participating boat.

By pressing submit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive any rights I may have to sue the race organizers (Colorado Sail & Yacht Club - organizing authority and host club, race committee, protest committee, or any other organization or official) involve with the event with respect to personal injury or property damage suffered by myself or my crew as a result of our participation in this event and hereby release the race organizers from any liability for such injury or damage.
