You will need to get up early on Friday October 1st and stand in line in front of the marina office. The 2022 slip wait list opens o
n October 1st. You must come down IN PERSON to get on the wait list. Your position on the wait list is based on your place in the line. You also must have a check for $700 for your deposit. Last year when Jackie arrived at the marina at 8:30 am, there were already over 40 people in line.
CSYC member Cindi Sandlin stood in line for her slip last year. Her experience was : “It’s like camping out for concert tickets in the 70’s. We got there at 6:15 and it was super cold. We were 5th in line and got one of 20 slips. There were about 100 people by the time the registration began. ”
