The PHRF B Fleet is our handicap fleet for our cruising sailboats such as the Catalina 270, Catalina 25, Hunter 240, and Catalina 22. The sailboats typically have a PHRF greater 210 and do not fly a spinnaker. If we have several cruisers with PHRF ratings greater than 245, we can create a PHRF C Fleet for them. At the start of each race series, the CSYC Race Director makes the final decision on which non-fleet boats are assigned into each PHRF fleet.
